My name is Marc Cirera. I studied Fine Arts at Barcelona University, following the design and image specialisation.
During years I have been working in various fields in the frame of illustration, design and image. I have worked for various magazines, editorials and media. I have also worked on education and training, sharing my experience and knowledge with my students.
I have received various national and international awards.
My artistic curiosity are always pushing me to explore different fields of art: I have worked as an analogical and digital photographer, I have participated in several art exhibitions, I have made short animation films and two documentaries, I have experienced the world of artistic automatons…
I was the typical little boy that fills the scholar books with drawings. I used to redraw all illustrations that did not look good enough to me.
Actually I am living between Adelaide and Barcelona, working and designing as a freelance full time for local and international clients.
