Editorial illustration

“What is the use of a book without pictures or conversation?” That was the question that Alice, the heroine of “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland”, was naively asking herself. Many European readers were wondering the same, being quite confident in the power of images to help reading.

Creative Process

When we talk about illustration, we can have the wrong idea that it is a time-consuming and expensive process. Nothing is further from the truth! Nothing is easier: from the first images of the concept, to the completely finished design.

That is the process that we follow because it has been largely proved that works:

Tell me the idea that you have in mind. And to make it easier, please answer these four questions:

  1. Which will be the final use of the Illustration?
  2. How do you think that it will be like?
  3. Which material can be attached to make me better understand you idea?
  4. Could you detail your idea on a paper?
